Funny post on the Alosta Rounders site — some guy named Bert got MANHANDLED for €100 — and had to hand over signed money to Alosta Rounders member Tim J.

The Alosta Rounders are probably the most famous western-European poker collective, and they obviously don’t need the €100. Therefor, Tim J. decided to use the money…. as interior decoration.

I’m losing for October

For some reason I can’t get a winning session under my belt for this month. It sucks as I’ve been playing close to my A-game, but I’m really being slaughtered by cold deck situations (nights with 3 set-over-set instances etc, it sucks badly)…

Yesterday I lost a big chunk of my bankroll in a rollercoaster I can only describe as sick…

Flopped quad tens to get rivered by Quad kings (all the money went in on the turn, obv nothing he could do — but still), made a straight flush and LOST against the higher straight flush and flopped a set of sixes only to get beat by a set of aces that decided to smoothcall pre-flop…

Have been losing a lot…

I have been putting off talking about this on my blog for quite some time — but for honesty reasons I’ve decided to include you in on one of the most stressful months for me ever as a poker player. I’ll keep it brief, and I won’t elaborate on any useless details, but I just feel like it’s fair I shared this…

I’ve been losing. I usually average one or two losing sessions a week, but over the month of April I’ve only had like 5 or 6 winning sessions. Only one big one, and 4 BIG losing sessions, losing well over 5 buy-ins.

It looks like I’ve hit a fork in the road in my life as a poker player, and it seems like for the first time ever I’ll be moving down the limits to allow my bankroll to (hopefully) recover.

It’s a painful thing to do, but no more $5/$10 for me for a couple months, I’m afraid.

Please pray for me. I need assistance from Up There.
